Magicka is a small company based in Plymouth Devon that specialises in the education arena. We were formed in 2002 following the dot-com / dot-bomb bubble bursting.

We work closely with schools and colleges providing support and supplying hardware. We supply solutions based on Opensource software that allows the school to become masters of their own destiny as opensource does not impose upgrade paths or licensing implications upon them.

We have a great deal of experiance of replacing Microsoft Windows based system with that of Open source equivilents and lowering the running costs of Information technology so that more money can be spent elsewhere such as staff training, an area that is quite often very neglected.
